The criminal justice system is difficult to navigate without proper education. For the majority of people who are not affiliated with the judicial system, the technicality of laws can be scary and easily misunderstood. This course is designed to equip students with essential knowledge about their rights. By providing legal awareness to students, their likelihood of being incarcerated based on a constitutional right violation will be decreased. After the completion of this course, students will know legal terminology while being able to exercise their rights confidently.
